The QC Inspector will be responsible for performing and documenting inspections supporting our fabrication shop with the following tasks; including but not limited to:

· Perform various quality inspections i.e. Dimensional, Visual, Fit-up, etc…

· Verify methods and materials follow project requirements.

· Verify welding procedures and welder qualifications during fabrication

· Coordinate with internal customers

· Performing receiving inspection of equipment and material

Requirements

· 2-year technical certification in Welding or engineering technology. Equivalent related work experience acceptable.

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

· Ability to be organized

· Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

· Display diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers and suppliers

· Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word)
