Service Account Manager
Description
The Service Account Manager will be responsible for the client relations along with small projects and repairs of the Service department.
Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate and schedule face to face meetings with all customer base with appropriate intervals
- Quote proposals and negotiate contracts with customers using an established process
- Meet with client to ensure that they are satisfied with services and project delivery objectives
- Prepare and present technical project and repair proposals
- Manage small service projects that reflect are like/like replacements and repairs
- Assist sales manager in development of future sales opportunities
- Build rapport with all service accounts; explaining Apollo service capabilities; overcoming objections; managing contracts for scope, costs, and revenues.
- Promote and sell the company’s capabilities to all existing and new clients.
- Review costs and profit margins on PMA’s, projects, and repairs to manage profitability goals for each client
- Review and negotiate all PM agreements for annual pricing increases
- Research for potential service enhancements or modifications to meet ever-changing needs of customer base
- Assemble estimates, budgets, and proposals for service-related projects
- Ensure the highest quality of customer & field staff relationships
- Support sales team with customer leads and direction
- Coordinate with dispatch to schedule HVAC, Plumbing, and Control Technicians.
- Cultivate new clients
Skills and Qualifications:
- Background in sales
- Commercial HVAC/R and Hydronic background preferred
- Self-driven, motivated individual, entrepreneurial mentality
