Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Kennewick, WA

Accounts Receivable Clerk Wage:$18-$20

Description

  • Prepare and process monthly billings and billing documents
  • Balancing of contract and billing values
  • Process monthly subcontract billings
  • Review and send customer statements
  • Monthly collections of past due items
  • Provide support to various departments within the company
  • May include other miscellaneous accounts receivable duties
  • May include processing of daily deposit items
  • Balance, code and process the daily deposits – includes paper checks, EFT payments and credit card transactions

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
  • Knowledge in basic office equipment
  • Organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking ability

Previous construction accounting experience is beneficial but not required.
